The candidates who have applied for the Meghalaya posts first they have to undergo the physical test i,e.10 km Race for Male and 5.5 km Race for Female Candidates and Timing Equipment. The written exam for appointment of SI by this department, however the exam is quite strenuous to track down so make preparation according to the Meghalaya Police SI syllabus and show up for the exam which is to be held on notified date
Age limit: Appliers age should be attain 18 years minimum and 21 years for Unarmed Branch Constable/ Fireman/Driver FM/MPRO Operator/IRBN Signal Operators/ Mechanics, 20 to 27 years for UB SI/ AB SIs.. Eligible candidates can apply until 30-04-2016
